Centerplate: Social Media Advertising
Centerplate was looking to execute a recruitment campaign via social media to increase their number of applicants for their upcoming event season.
One Peak designed graphics and paired them with “buzz-word” copy to develop the advertising campaigns’ creative deck. The ads were strategically targeted to people residing near their company’s geographic location and to people who have experience working in the food and beverage field. By closely monitoring the campaign for the duration of its lifetime, One Peak was able to keep cost per click low and engagement high. The campaign was able to bring awareness to their hiring efforts and drive people to their new recruitment splash page.
By running a series of targeted hiring social media ads, Centerplate was able to focus their spend on a specific demographic to see the highest possible return on number of applicants.
